Louisville Water Tower Park Venue Wedding

I was so thankful to be able to photograph Alexa & Jacob’s wedding! It was a truly a celebration. They got married at the Louisville Water Tower Park, which is a really unique venue with a lot of history. The Water Tower was the first in the USA to be built and it’s ornately beautiful — a real piece of art & history. It sure makes for a unique wedding venue!

My favorite part of the day was the toasts, because Jacob’s best man and brother had everybody laughing harder than any wedding I’ve seen yet. And I’ve seen a lot of weddings. There were a lot of good moments that day though, from the tearful father daughter first look to the celebration of hugs after the ceremony. I get to photograph such important moments and for that, I’m grateful.
